We started The Accidental Baker in Hillsborough in 2007. We specialize in our award winning flatbread crackers that can be found in fine food stores throughout the Southeast and Mid Atlantic. We use locally milled flour from Lindley Mills and use no additives or preservatives.

In addition to our crackers, we bring a variety of products to the market including pizza dough, granola, ready to eat pastries and other goodies. We are proud to be long time members of the Eno River market and fully support the best market in the NC Triangle
